Please fill out this form if you are interested in us offering a Private or Semi-Private lesson set at your lake/location. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REGISTRATION FORM - Payment is not collected for inquiries. Our ability to offer private lessons will depend on registration numbers for that week and our staff numbers. Private and Semi-Private lessons would consist of five 30-minute lessons. If this becomes a possibility: a) Priority will be given based on the date & time of when the inquiry was submitted. b) A private link will be sent to those who inquire through this form. c) Each inquiry will be given 24 hours to register before the spot is offered to the next person on the list. d) Payment will be collected during registration. Registration fees: Private Lesson: $209 Semi-Private Lesson: $271 _____ _____ _____ _____ _____ Private and Semi-Private Lessons 30-minute instruction for ages 3yo and up. Private Lessons: one-on-one instruction. Semi-Private Lessons: two swimmers of the same skill level; must be booked together/at the same time. Is your swimmer struggling with certain skills? Have they been out of the water for the last few years? The one-on-one time of private lessons is great for swimmers to become comfortable in the water or to develop specific skills. Private lessons are different from group lessons - without others in the class, there is little down time between skills. This can be challenging for swimmers with low endurance, but beneficial for skill development and correcting errors. Without peers, we are unable to see students demonstrate the Water Smart Message ‘Swim with a Buddy’. For beginners, private lessons are a bit more 'slow-paced' allowing students to gain confidence and get comfortable in the water. For intermediate and advance swimmers, private lessons will entail lots of laps and technique improvement.
