Ages 3-5 years old, should have previously passed Preschool 1 (or equivalent). These preschoolers learn to jump into chest-deep water by themselves, and get in and get out wearing a lifejacket. They’ll explore the water learning to submerge and exhale underwater. Buoyant aids (PFDs) are used to help them discover rollovers, glides and flutter kicks. Upon passing this level: preschoolers will be able to float on their front and back wearing a PFD for 3 seconds, glide with a PFD for 3 metres, and flutter kick on their back for 5 metres.
